How does a session work?

All sessions are performed with the client fully clothed and face up on a massage table.

I move around the client, placing my hands in specific positions on or above the head and body. In Acupressure and Reiki modalities, active energy centers, or chakras, are treated.  With Acupressure, using the same acupoints used in acupuncture, energy pathways or meridians are accessed with soft curved finger pressure instead of needles. In Craniosacral Therapy (CST) a soft touch is used to release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system.

In my practice, I prefer to customize sessions using modalities to best assist a client body’s natural healing powers.

Clinical Acupressure

Reiki Session

Allow for a 10-minute intake, plus an hour customized hands-on session.*
This consists of combining formulas to release, balance and strengthen all parts of the body, as well as for various symptomatic conditions.
A full body session lasts an hour.*
Reiki is an intelligent energy and does the healing. As a practitioner, I am a conduit of that spiritual energy.

Seva Stress Release

CranioSacral Therapy (CST)

An individual session takes 20 minutes.
Consider this option for multiple household members during a single home visit.

(In Sanskirt, the word Seva means selfless, compassionate service.
This acupressure formula was developed as a gift to the world to relieve suffering. It was first taken to NYC following the events of 9/11/01 and delivered to those who endured such tremendous shock and stress during that time.)
 A session lasts an hour.*
This is a “10 Step Protocol” developed by Dr. John Upledger to “effectively treat the great majority of the dysfunctions of the CranioSacral System”.

* One hour sessions are $55 or a three pack can be purchased  for $150.

Energy Work for Animals

At home sessions are customized for the animal and the symptoms or conditions.  As a practitioner, I may use both Reiki and Acupressure points in treatment.

  2. Fire
  3. Metal
  4. Water
  5. Wood
